Sales Executive

Reporting To: CEO

Responsibilities

• CPC is looking to hire a top producing, proven Sales Executive that has established contacts in the health care market to penetrate mass market retailers and contract manufacturing customers to develop new product distributions and build upon our existing sales network
• Extensive contacts and experience in nutraceutical contract manufacturing and knowledge of manufacturing processes essential
• Must be ready to prospect for new sales opportunities, generate leads, set up appointments, make face to face presentations, network and close new business deals
• Required to work in-house to keep current with CPC’s QA / QC / Manufacturing capabilities, as well as well as travel to visit customer accounts as required
• Develop and manage an outside sales force
• Attend major industry trade shows, manage meetings and troubleshoot sales issues
• Highly adept at building long-term relationships with all levels of key customers, possess excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to present technical manufacturing processes in detail

Qualifications

• THIS POSITION REQUIRES A MINIMUM OF THREE TO FIVE YEARS PHARMACEUTICAL MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE WITH BUSINESS TO BUSINESS, OUTSIDE SALES EXPERIENCE
• BA/BS degree, MBA preferred
• The ability to learn and present pharmaceutical business concepts, manufacturing processes and products
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships
• Travel is required and applicants must reside in tri-state area to commute to Hauppauge, NY a few days per week.
• Title and salary commensurate with experience
