Reporting To:

Responsibilities

• Help maintain the granulation, mixing and milling activities for R&D
• Prepare active/inactive material for master
• Formulate product according to the production schedule
• Keep manufacturing rooms clean and organized
• Set-up equipment as per appropriate set-up sheets
• Operation, cleaning (serial and non-serial cleaning) and maintenance of equipment as per department SOP's
• Verify the equipment maintenance and calibration status as needed
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations to prevent contamination and mix-up that would alter the safety, identity, strength, quality or purity of products

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain positive working relationships with other employees
• Knowledge and experience to perform the assigned functions in such a manner as to provide assurance that the product has the safety, identity, strength, quality and the purity that it purports
• Understanding of batch records and procedures
• Maintain and enforce SOP and cGMP;s
• Report to work on time and properly gowned
• Ability to read, write and speak English
