Reporting To: Director, Packaging


  • Strategic management of packaging department, including packaging, mechanics, QA, warehouse and maintenance employees on the second shift
  • Setup and schedule employee placement and oversee line leaders to achieve daily packaging goals
  • Supervise and direct employee disciplinary actions including verbal and written warnings, training and safety programs and packaging improvement projects
  • Ensure all paperwork adheres to proper documentation guidelines per SOPs and cGMP
  • Keep accurate records including attendance, accident, probation, etc
  • Process analysis and improvement
  • Project coordination
  • General safety


  • Desire to work in a dynamic, state-of–the-art packaging department managing 30+ employees on the second shift (4:30 pm – 12:30 am)
  • Minimum 3 years supervisory experience with knowledge of pharmaceutical packaging processes
  • Must be bilingual Spanish/English
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Mechanical aptitude a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word
  • Skilled at multitasking and prioritizing
